Any light hair oil or serum you already like, for example rosemary, argan or jojoba. Thick oils and butters can clog the tips, so thin those first.

Yes. Part your hair into sections and glide along each parting so the tips reach the scalp. Go slowly over braids and twists.

Yes. Five minutes a day is the routine most people settle into. Use gentle pressure and give your scalp a break if it feels tender.

The brush itself is fine on coloured hair. Check that the oil you use suits your colour or treatment.

It is waterproof. Rinse the head under the tap after use, empty any leftover oil and let it air dry.

Contact us with your order number and clear photos. Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed we repair or replace it, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
